The DeSalvo Family
The DeSalvo family at Big D Ranch includes Phillip, his wife Beth, their children Ben and Isabella, and Phillip’s father Tony. Big D Ranch is located in the Catholic Point Community in Center Ridge, AR. Phillip is a 5th-generation rancher who continues to run the land his ancestors did 130 years ago when they immigrated from Italy and settled in Center Ridge.
Big D Ranch
Big D Ranch is a family-owned and operated seed stock and commercial cattle operation. Phillip introduced the seed stock portion of the ranch in 2004 when he purchased his first set of registered Brangus females that were bred to Angus Bull. These Ultrablack offspring were the beginning of a passion for the registered business. Big D Ranch has continued to use the best genetics to improve its operation season after season. Excitement is always in the air for the newest and freshest genetics to hit the ground running on the ranch. With an extensive AI and ET program, we are able to provide our customers with animals that will set them apart from the rest.
